At the 45 Mespil Road Project we were presented with a situation where the old lift and stair core existed beside the location of the proposed new lift and stair core.

The existing building, consisting of three adjoining structures constructed in the 1930’s, 1960’s and 1970’s undergoes an extensive demolitions, alterations and retaining parts of the existing structures and the facades such as the iconic stained glass windows and reviving the street facing Celtic bronze doors in situ.
