Walmac work closely with clients to strip and demolish existing structures to facilitate the construction of new buildings. All demolition works are carried out using the latest technologies in haulage, plant, specialist equipment, environmental management tools and in accordance with relevant codes of practice for demolition works. A waste management plan is prepared for each project in advance allowing us to carry out any demolition, deconstruction or decommissioning project in a safe, environmentally sensitive and highly efficient manner. We pride ourselves in delivering greenfield sites to clients on time and within budget.

The contract involved the demolition of 6 blocks of apartments over 3 different phases a significant project in the planned regeneration of the area. Each apartment block consisted of 22 flats in a 4-story complex.
